Meet the Team​
Adrian Rhines, BA
Canine Behavior & Training Specialist
​
Adrian is the lead trainer and behavior specialist at Dynamic Good Dog, specializing in complex behavior cases including aggression, reactivity, fear, and dogs with bite histories.
His background combines hands-on professional dog training with formal education in behavioral science and psychology. Adrian holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavioral Science and is completing a master’s degree in Psychology. He also completed professional training through Starmark Academy and continues his education in animal behavior, learning, and behavior modification.
His work focuses on understanding the factors contributing to a dog’s behavior, teaching owners how to communicate clearly, and developing practical plans that can be carried into everyday life. When behavior may have a medical component, Adrian encourages collaboration with the dog’s veterinary team.

Kasey Rhines, BS
Director of Operations​​

Kasey oversees client services and operations at Dynamic Good Dog, managing the systems that support clients from their first contact through the completion of their training program.
​
Her background combines business management, client relations, and organizational leadership. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and brings that education to the day-to-day management and continued growth of the business.

Kasey works directly with clients throughout the training process, helping coordinate services, answer questions, and keep communication clear between sessions. Together, Adrian and Kasey operate Dynamic Good Dog as a two-person team, combining behavior and training expertise with professional client support and business management.

Meet Our Teaching Team​
Our dogs are active teaching partners in our training program. They help us create controlled social interactions, introduce appropriate distractions, and give client dogs opportunities to practice new skills around other dogs.
Each dog brings a different temperament, working style, and level of social engagement, allowing us to select the right teaching partner for the dog in front of us.

Several members of our teaching team came to us through rescue or surrender and have their own unique training histories.
