Dynamic Good Dog Training Services: Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Dynamic Good Dog Training Services.

By choosing to use our services, you are agreeing to abide by the following terms and conditions.

1. Description of Services & Facility Use

Dynamic Good Dog is a professional dog training service provider operating from our dedicated facility in Fernley, Nevada, as well as various public locations. Our services include individual sessions, puppy training, behavior modification, and basic/advanced obedience. Our goal is to help you and your dog build a harmonious relationship.

  • Facility Use: Clients acknowledge that use of the Dynamic Good Dog facility is subject to all rules posted on-site and these Terms. Clients are responsible for the immediate clean-up of their dog's waste, both inside and outside the facility.

2. Client Responsibilities & Attire

As a valued client, we expect you to:

  • Accurate Information: Provide accurate and honest information about your dog's behavior, health, and history.

  • Active Participation: Actively participate in sessions and consistently practice the exercises between lessons to reinforce learning.

  • Safety & Respect: Treat our trainers, staff, other clients, and all animals with respect and courtesy. Ensure the safety and well-being of your dog and others at all times.

  • Training Tools: Provide the necessary training tools as advised by our trainers, including those provided in your Product Pack.

  • Footwear Requirement (NEW): For all sessions conducted at the training facility or those involving agility or active movement, clients must wear closed-toed athletic shoes (e.g., tennis shoes). Open-toed shoes (sandals, flip-flops, etc.) are strictly prohibited for safety.

3. Health and Safety Requirements

For the safety of all dogs and participants:

  • Vaccinations: You agree to ensure your dog is up-to-date on all required vaccinations and free from any contagious illnesses. Proof of vaccination must be provided upon request.

  • Refusal of Service: Dynamic Good Dog reserves the right to refuse service if your dog appears to be ill or poses an immediate health risk to others.

  • Parasite Prevention: All dogs must be maintained on a reliable flea and tick prevention program.

4. Payment and Cancellation Policy

  • Payment: Fees for services will be communicated prior to training. Full payment is due at the time of service unless a specific payment plan has been agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other agreed-upon methods.

  • Cancellation: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule or cancel a training session. Failure to provide 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the session.

5. Service Guarantee and Refund Policy

The success of our dog training program is heavily dependent on the client’s commitment, consistency, and efforts outside of the training sessions. Dog training is a collaborative process, and results are largely influenced by these factors.

  • No Guarantee: Due to the numerous factors outside of our control (dog's individual learning rate, client consistency, environment), we cannot and do not guarantee specific outcomes or success.

  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds based on the perceived success or failure of the training.

6. Assumption of Risk and Liability

You acknowledge that dog training involves certain inherent risks.

  • Assumption of Risk: You assume all risks associated with the training process and agree to hold Dynamic Good Dog, its trainers, and staff harmless from any damages, injuries, or losses that may occur during or as a result of training.

  • Client Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your own behavior and actions, as well as your dog’s behavior and actions, both during and outside of training sessions.

  • Limited Liability: Dynamic Good Dog is not liable for:

    • Injury to you or your dog during or as a result of training.

    • Any damages, injuries, or losses caused by your dog to property, other animals, or individuals.

    • Any health issues or conditions that your dog may develop during or after training.

  • By participating in the training, you acknowledge and accept these risks and responsibilities.

7. Termination Rights

We reserve the right to immediately terminate our services at any time if we determine that:

  • Your dog's behavior poses an unacceptable risk to our trainers, staff, other clients, or animals.

  • You fail to comply with these terms, including the Footwear Requirement or failure to follow training protocols. Refunds for terminated services are subject to our sole discretion.

8. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

  • Confidentiality: We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information shared during the training process, unless required by law or with your express written consent.

  • Intellectual Property: All training materials, the Product Pack, and resources provided are the exclusive intellectual property of Dynamic Good Dog. You are strictly prohibited from unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of these materials.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Nevada.
