1. Description of Services
Dynamic Good Dog is a professional dog training service provider located in Fernley, Nevada. We offer a wide range of services to cater to your dog's specific needs. These include individual dog training sessions, puppy training, behavior modification programs, and basic/advanced obedience training. Our goal is to help you and your dog build a harmonious relationship based on mutual understanding and respect.
2. Client Responsibilities
As a valued client of Dynamic Good Dog, we expect you to:

Provide accurate and honest information about your dog's behavior, health, and any relevant history.

Follow the training instructions and recommendations provided by our professional trainers.

Actively participate in training sessions with your dog to foster a strong bond and ensure effective learning.

Treat our trainers, staff, and other clients with respect and courtesy.

Ensure the safety and well-being of your dog and others during training sessions.

Practice the obedience training exercises with your dog between lessons to reinforce learning.

Provide the necessary training tools as advised by our trainers.

Understand and accept all risks associated with your dog's behavior.​

3. Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payment: The fees for our services will be communicated to you prior to the commencement of training. Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or other agreed-upon payment methods.
Cancellation: If you need to reschedule or cancel a training session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a lost session.

4. Service Guarantee and Refund Policy

We would like to emphasize that the success of our dog training program is heavily dependent on the client's commitment and efforts outside of the training sessions. Dog Training is a collaborative process, and the results are largely influenced by the client's dedication to practicing and reinforcing the skills and techniques taught during the sessions.

Due to this, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or success. Each individual's progress can vary based on numerous factors, many of which are outside of our control. Therefore, we do not offer refunds based on the perceived success or failure of the training.

5. Assumption of Risk and Liability
You acknowledge that dog training involves certain inherent risks. You assume all risks associated with the training process and agree to hold Dynamic Good Dog, its trainers, and staff harmless from any damages, injuries, or losses that may occur during or as a result of training.

Owner participation is often required during the obedience training process. You are solely responsible for your own behavior and actions during training sessions. Dynamic Good Dog is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses caused to you or by you during or as a result of training.

You are solely responsible for your dog's behavior and actions outside of training sessions. Dynamic Good Dog is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses caused by your dog.

Dynamic Good Dog is not liable for:

Injury to you or your dog during or as a result of training.

Any damages, injuries, or losses caused by your dog to property, other animals, or individuals.

Any health issues or conditions that your dog may develop during or after training.

Any actions taken by your dog outside of training sessions.

By participating in the training, you acknowledge and accept these risks and responsibilities.

6. Confidentiality
We value your privacy and are fully committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information shared during the training process. We will not disclose any information to third parties unless required by law or with your express consent. This confidentiality extends to all communications, records, and any personal data you provide during our training sessions.

7. Intellectual Property
All training materials, handouts, and resources provided to you during the training process are the exclusive intellectual property of Dynamic Good Dog. You are strictly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, or using these materials for any purpose other than personal training without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of these materials may result in legal action.

8. Termination Rights
We reserve the right to terminate our services at any time if we determine that your dog's behavior poses a risk to our trainers, staff, or other clients. This termination can occur immediately without prior notice. Additionally, we may terminate our services if you fail to comply with these terms, including but not limited to, failure to follow training protocols or engage in behavior that undermines the training process. Refunds for terminated services are subject to our discretion.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms or the use of our services shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Nevada. By accepting these terms, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objections to the inconvenience of this forum.

10. Health and Safety Requirements
For the safety and well-being of all dogs and participants, you agree to ensure that your dog is up-to-date on all required vaccinations and free from any contagious illnesses. You must provide proof of vaccination upon request. Dynamic Good Dog reserves the right to refuse service if your dog appears to be ill or poses a health risk to others.
