We're excited to work with you and your dog. Please remember to bring your dog's leash, collar, high-value tiny treats, and a treat pouch. Please ensure your dog has not been fed a large meal before the session. We'll see you soon!
Cancellation Policy
Please see the cancellation policy on your invoice. Notice Requirements & Rescheduling Limits • Standard Sessions (Weekday): If you wish to cancel or reschedule a weekday training session, a minimum notice of 24 hours is required. • Rescheduling Cap: Clients are permitted a maximum of three (3) rescheduled sessions per training program (inclusive of both weekday and weekend sessions), provided the 24-hour minimum notice is given. Subsequent requests may be treated as missed sessions. • Late Cancellations: Failure to provide at least 24 hours' notice will result in a forfeited session, and you will be charged in full. Strict Weekend Session Policy Because weekend availability is highly limited, the following additional rules apply to Saturday and Sunday sessions: • No Weekend-to-Weekend Moving: If you need to reschedule a weekend session, the new, rescheduled session must be booked during the week during business hours (Monday through Friday). • No Exceptions for Late Notice: Weekend sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice cannot be rescheduled and will be billed as a missed session.
